The activities are the heart of LIFEguide. We have strategically designed 30+ activities to help you look inside yourself and pull out those hard to answer questions that will help you plan out your life. Here are just a few examples:

Section 2 - Customize Your LIFEmap

Each activity has an outcome that will appear on your LIFEmap. Once you have a few activities completed you can start customizing your LIFEmap. You can move your outcomes between My Day, My Week, and My LIFE. Additionally, you can reorder your outcomes to be listed in order of your priority. Look at your LIFEmap to remind yourself where you are, where you are going, and what your next step is. 

Take Back Your Time

Section 3 - Dig Deeper Using Resources

LIFEguide is designed for you to be able to complete sections in bite-sized amounts of free time here and there. Typically, all you need is 10 minutes. However, when you have more time available and are ready to dig in deeper, we have resources available for you. Some examples are:

What exactly is LIFEguide?
LIFEguide is an app that walks you step by step through a series of activities and articles that will help you plan out a life you love and minimize future regrets. It was developed to help you engage in your life and to help you stay on the path you set for yourself.

 

How much time per day or week will LIFEguide take? 
LIFEguide is set up to be used in the extra bite sized times available throughout the day. You are in complete control, however, like most items the more you put into the more you get out of it. We recommend 5-10 minutes a day if possible. 

 

Will your system work for me in my unique stage of life? 
Yes! No matter what stage of life you are in LIFEguide can help you get from where you are to where you want to go. Your priorities, dreams, goals, etc. will and should change with each stage of life and it is important to reevaluate them when that stage of life changes. 

 

Is there a contract? 
No contracts. If you are not happy with LIFEguide, you can cancel at any time. Just log into your payment portal and cancel. If you lost your login, just email us at help@lifeguideapp.com and we will take care of it for you, no questions asked. We may, however, send you an anonymous survey link to help us improve our products. You don't have to fill it out, but your feedback would be greatly appreciated. 

 

Do I need any other tools?
No, LIFEguide is set up to work independently of other tools. If you prefer writing down items on paper, you can use a journal side by side with LIFEguide but it is not required.
