Click the Reset Password link on the login page of the LIFEguide app. You will receive and email to reset your password.

You can do this in 2 different ways. First way is to go to an outcome in your myDAY, myWEEK or myLIFE feeds, and then click the pencil icon to edit that activity.

The second way is to go click your Profile icon at the top right and then click “Activities”, then click on the title of the activity you would like to edit.

Make sure you go through the entire activity and click “Update Activity” on the last screen to make sure all your changes are saved. All changes will be reflected immediately.

Your myDAY feed is set, but you have the freedom to decide what you would like to review on a weekly basis. Just scroll to the bottom of either your myWeek or myLIFE feed and click Edit.

From here toggle “On” each outcome you want showing on your myLIFE feed and toggle “Off” each outcome you want showing on your myWEEK feed.

Finally, drag each to reorder so your highest priority items appear at the top.

Most cards are saved so you can always go back and watch, read or listen to them later as needed. They are saved under your Profile. Click your Profile icon at the top right of your screen and then click on the appropriate heading for the card you are looking for. Your options are:

• Activities: Update the answers to any activities you have already completed.
• Articles: Reread articles when you need a reminder
• Resources: Go back and review the step-by-step instructions in resources
• Videos: Go back and re-watch any videos
• Checklist: View of list of recommended items to complete outside the app

You can share a picture of your chosen outcome directly to popular apps, such as Facebook, or by saving it to your photos. The share icon is located underneath each outcome image on the LIFEmap.

Simply click the share icon for the outcome image you want to share and then choose how you want to share it or save it to your photos.

Just make sure and use the same email address that is attached to your login, so our team can unlock the correct user.

Just email us at help@lifeguideapp.com with your request to cancel and we will take care of it no questions asked.

Deleting your account will remove your user and any associated information from the LIFEguide app. There are three ways to do this.

1. Login to the app with the account you would like to delete, click on the Profile icon at the top right of the screen, scroll to the bottom and click on "Delete Account".  On the new screen, press "Delete Account".
2. Click here from the device where you have the app installed, and then press "Delete Account".
3. Fill out the form below and click the delete account option under "Ticket Type". Make sure you include the email address associated with the account you want to delete, and we will get it taken care of.
